How it works

We Receive Your Call…
We do our best to answer every call. If we miss your call, we attempt to return your call the same day. We just need a few moments of your time to ask you some brief questions, in order to have the correct “leak” information.

Schedule Appointment…
We schedule a day and time to inspect your roof.

Roof Inspection…
We will thoroughly inspect your entire roof (your “trouble spot” won’t go unnoticed). Once all the information has been collected, a proposal will be generated.

Proposal Generation…
You will receive photos (if applicable) of areas of concern, and corresponding proposals for the areas that need to be repaired.
We also feel that an educated customer is our best customer. We familiarize you with anything you want or need to know about your slate roof. We will prioritize the proposals in the order the work should be performed.

Follow-up…
Follow-up calls are simply a courtesy call, and not a tactic to pressure you to buy. After several weeks, we will call you a second time. This allows us to check with you to be sure you do not have any questions concerning your proposals.

Signing the Proposal…
Once you have reviewed your proposal and you are satisfied that we are the best choice for your slate roofing needs, sign the proposal for the work that you would like to have completed. We schedule our work in the order in which we receive the signed proposal back from our customers. You will receive a call with an approximate starting date that the work will be performed. At this point, if you have an emergency leak, we will be willing to perform a temporary repair until we arrive to do the permanent repairs.

Job Completion…
Our Foremen and installers will get the job done right, and in a timely manner. Please remember, our work is weather dependent. When bad weather looms, we may not get to your job as soon as we would like, but rest assured, we will call to reschedule!
